外墻膩子Outdoor putty
基面處理：
基面須穩(wěn)固結(jié)實、潔凈、無油污、無蠟染及其它松散物質(zhì)。
若基面過于干燥，需潤濕基面至無明水為佳。
新抹灰的表面應養(yǎng)護約12天方可進行涂刮膩子，以免因水泥砂漿批蕩層的不穩(wěn)定而造成膩子層的開裂或空鼓等后果。
Surface preparation
Base surface must be firm, clean, not oily or greasy and free from other lose contamination. If surface is too dry. Wet the surface until water can be barely observed on the surface.
Newly powdered surface should be serviced for about 12 days before putty can be applied. To avoid any cracking on the surface due to instability.
施工工藝：
雙組份膩子可將適量水倒入容器中，加入添加劑進行攪拌均勻，再加入粉劑（單組份膩子可用適量的水倒入容器中，再加入粉料），使用電動攪拌器進行充分攪拌成均勻無粉粒、無沉淀的膏糊狀，靜置3-5分鐘再略作攪拌，即可使用。
操作過程中應保持間斷性攪拌，以防止沉淀。
使用膩子抹刀將攪拌好的漿料均勻抹刮于工作面上，并要刮光滑、平整，每次抹刮的厚度應控制在1.0mm左右；待第一遍膩子粉批刮完成約4小時后方可進行第二道膩子的施工。如是特殊的氟碳漆等油性涂料施工制作仿金屬仿鋁板效果或?qū)嵣Ч氖┕r可選用耀王邦高硬抗裂膩子粉系列批刮兩道再用耀王邦高環(huán)防水膩子粉系列批刮兩道即可，在批刮第二道膩子層時可添加玻纖網(wǎng)以更達到更佳的抗裂效果。
膩子批刮完成48小時以后(視天氣狀況而定),可進行必要的打磨工序,打磨時可將刀痕輕輕磨平即可,切忌因過度的打磨而影響膩子層的強度.
膩子層打磨光滑后7天后方可進行涂刷各種涂料,采用強抗堿底漆則可縮短養(yǎng)護時間.如是氟碳漆等油性涂料的施工時要注意基面的PH值及含水率要低于9才能施工，以更達到更好的漆膜涂飾效果。
Application:
Pour enough water into the container for double group of putty, Slowly add additive then powder and stir it.(for single group putty, add enough water then powder) use electrical stirrer to evenly stir the mixture to become lump-free mixture. Leave the mixture for 3-5 minutes followed by minimum stirring to achieve optimal state.
Keep stirring the mixture to avoid lump.
Use trowel to applied ready to use mixture evenly onto the surface, polish the surface gently thickness for each application is around 1.0mm. second layer can be applied 4 hours after the first layer is applied. Two layers of CBN05 followed by two layers of CBN06 can be used for special fluorocarbon and other oil-based paint or solid coloring effect.
Polish the surface 48 hours(depending on the weather) after application.
Painting can be applied on the surface 7 days after polishing. Use strong alkali primer for shorter service period. PH value and moisture content must be below 9 for fluorocarbon and other oil-based paint, for better effect.
注意事項：
本產(chǎn)品需在5-40攝氏度的環(huán)境下施工使用。
切忌將已干結(jié)的膏漿加水混合后使用。
膩子的打磨時間可根據(jù)膩子層的強度而定,一般建議在2天左右進行打磨.
氣候干燥或暴曬的環(huán)境，可用淋水養(yǎng)護.

Sanding time is dependant on putty level. Normally after 2 days.
Use water to keep wet under dry weather or exposure to sunshine

作業(yè)安全：
以上產(chǎn)品呈堿性，會刺激皮膚。在使用過程中，應避免吸入粉塵和接觸皮膚及眼睛，施工時可佩戴合適用防護手套及護眼罩，一但接觸皮膚，應用清水沖洗，若接觸到眼睛應立即用大量清水沖洗并盡快就醫(yī)診治，本產(chǎn)品無毒、不易燃，環(huán)保。
Application Safety:
Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. Always wear grooves and eye protector in usage. Wash away with water if contact with skin. Wash away with mass water and consult doctor if contact with eyes. This product is environmental-friendly, free of poison, and hard to ignite.
產(chǎn)品貯存：
避免陽光直接照射，應放在托板上離地貯存，以防止雨水浸濕，避免過度疊壓，這樣能防止產(chǎn)品過早失效或結(jié)塊。
未啟封產(chǎn)品可保存一年。
